The sleeping princess, the kneeling prince, and three fairies keeping watch.

Princess Rose sets the classic fairy tale inside a gothic castle bedchamber. The princess sleeps in a rose-pink canopy bed while the prince kneels beside her, sword and shield at his feet, and three fairies hover over the room. Above them hang a candle chandelier, a purple stained-glass window and climbing red roses, with a pendulum clock, treasure chests and vases filling the corners. The printed side panel tells the story: a princess cursed by a wicked fairy, a prince who defeats the dragon, and true love that wakes her.

Roof touch control is useful

I like the easy lighting control, though my low shelf made reaching the top a little awkward.

Purple window glow

The stained-glass look is especially pretty with the lights switched on.

Chandelier caught my attention

The room feels properly grand despite its tiny size.

Too pink for my taste

I liked the fairy-tale idea more than the color scheme once it was in my room. Personal preference.

Delicate little decorations

The finished castle looks sweet, but I needed patience around the smallest pieces.

Rose-covered castle mood

I wanted something romantic for my fantasy shelf, and this fits beautifully.

Covered fairy tale

The cover saves me from having to dust around every fairy and rose with a tiny brush.

A story on the outside too

The printed side gives it interest even when viewed beside the other books.

Prince and princess together

Enjoyed arranging the story elements and seeing the completed scene light up.

A sleeping princess scene

The pink canopy and tiny princess make this feel like an illustrated fairy tale.

Three little fairies

My niece counted the fairies first, then wanted to know what each one was doing in the castle.
