Soft-lit pastel scenes that glow quietly from the middle of a shelf.

Two designs in a gentler palette than the usual dark-wood nook. Dream Ocean is a washed lilac and pink seaside street with a whale drifting above the rooftops; Cat Grocery is a cherry-blossom corner shop staffed by cats, in mint and blush. Both build into a tall narrow tower with a warm LED glow and a touch switch, and both are designed to be seen from the front, straight on, wedged between hardbacks.

Key Features

  • Two pastel themes: Dream Ocean and Cat Grocery
  • Pre-coloured parts, so the finished palette matches the photos without painting
  • Warm LED lighting with a touch switch built into the base
  • Tall, narrow footprint that fits a standard bookshelf without rearranging the row
  • Illustrated colour manual with clearly numbered stages

  • Shelf styling that fills the gap between books with a lit miniature scene
  • A slow, screen-free weekend project for adults and older teens
  • Birthday, housewarming and Christmas gifts for readers and model builders
  • Desk, study and home office decor that starts a conversation

Have glue on hand

I was ready to begin but hadn't checked the supply list. Once equipped, I enjoyed the build.

Cats and blossoms together

Two of my favorite things in one miniature scene.

S
Sonia Bowman
Long weekend craft

Worked on mine between errands and enjoyed seeing another little section completed each time.

Whale above the rooftops

The floating whale in Dream Ocean is wonderfully whimsical.

M
Martin Archer
Lilac seaside mood

Dream Ocean has a dreamy color scheme that I haven't seen in my other miniatures.

Gentle colors need the right setting

The pastel scene looked washed out beside my very bright decorations, so I moved it to a quieter shelf.

M
Mara Pitts
Taller than most of my decor

Measure the shelf height before ordering. I had to adjust mine to make room.

My niece chose the whale

We looked through the options together and she immediately picked Dream Ocean.

Looks lovely in daylight

The colors are enjoyable even before the lighting is switched on.

N
Nina McDaniel
Tall shelf gap filled

This was just the sort of vertical decoration my bookcase needed.

Miriam Cunningham
Touch at the base

Convenient to turn the light on without reaching into the scene.

Cat shop happiness

A tiny grocery with cats was always going to find a home here.

Cherry blossom detail

The blossoms around the cat grocery make the whole scene feel soft and cheerful.

Made for a quiet afternoon

I enjoyed assembling the printed pieces while listening to soft music.

A little grocery story

The shop feels like somewhere a storybook character would stop on the way home.

Pretty beside art prints

The pastel palette works beautifully with the prints above my desk.

E

Sweet without being loud

The mint shades add color without taking over my room.

C
Christine Mendez
A different kind of seascape

The rooftops and whale make the ocean design feel imaginative rather than like a standard beach souvenir.

B
Brent Ray
Too sweet for my living room

The model is charming, but I chose a pastel style that doesn't really match the rest of my decor.

D
Drew Everett
A tall little dream

The height gives this a striking look among shorter paperbacks.

C
Christian Vasquez
My pastel shelf centerpiece

It ties together a few pink books and small mint-colored accessories.

A
Alessandra Dominguez
Mint and blush grocery

Those colors are exactly right for my daughter's pastel room.

F
Faith Whitaker
A magical coastal scene

I enjoy the imaginary ocean theme more than a strictly realistic beach model.

C
Carlos Nichols
Soft colors after dark

I turn this on while choosing a bedtime book. The pastel buildings look especially sweet in that quiet moment.
