A sage-green art bookshop with its own street lamp.

The Gallery Bookstore is a freestanding miniature shop: an arched display window, a stained-glass door and a cast-iron street lamp out front on a paved corner. Inside, shelves of tiny books and art catalogues climb beside a staircase hung with tote bags, while framed paintings, an oil painting easel and two classical busts spill out onto the pavement. It sits beside a row of books as a bookend or stands on its own on a desk.
